Toke Bull is a keynote speaker and leadership coach who helps leaders change how they see — because perception is the hidden driver behind behaviour, decisions, and leadership impact.
 
Having lived and worked in Mexico, the UK, the Netherlands and Denmark, and travelled to 47 countries, Toke brings a deeply human and cultural understanding of leadership in a complex world. His experience leading and supporting large transformation projects — both in global organisations and in creative environments — has shown him that change rarely fails because of strategy; it fails because we misunderstand how humans think, feel, and act when faced with uncertainty.
 
During his time at the global creative agency 72andSunny, Toke worked with some of the world’s most recognised brands, including Coca-Cola, Google, Uber, and Johnnie Walker. After this he also worked with Miele and Novo Nordisk. Through these experiences, he explored how culture, narrative, and behavioural insight influence decision-making at scale — lessons he now translates into leadership and transformation contexts.
 
Rooted in behavioural economics, and inspired by sociology, psychology, and philosophy, Toke explores why we do what we do — individually and collectively. He helps leaders recognise cognitive biases, challenge assumptions, and understand the stories shaping their organisations, turning reflection into clarity and action.

In 2025-26, Toke serves as President of the Copenhagen International Rotary Club, alongside his work as a certified leadership coach, speaker, and professional specialising in branding, strategy, and bringing a vision to life by understanding perception, perspective, and leadership.
