Toke Bull is a professional specializing in behavioral economics, design thinking, and cultural psychology. His deep-rooted belief in the transformative power of internal change drives him to challenge the status quo and foster innovative solutions.

Toke's extensive international experience includes traveling to 45 countries and living in Amsterdam, the UK, and Mexico. His academic background spans Denmark, the UK, and Mexico City, where he researched global strategies targeting specific mindsets and leveraging creative classes. This diverse exposure laid the groundwork for his career in branding and consultancy.
 
With over seven years in strategy consulting, change management, and branding, including a role as Change Management Partner at Novo Nordisk, Toke has worked with global brands like Coca-Cola, Google, Miele, Uber, and Johnnie Walker at 72andSunny (Top 10 Global Brand Agency, by AdAge), emphasizing cultural impact and user-centered design solutions. He ensures organizational changes and technical solutions are human-centric, understanding that true transformation begins from within. Toke excels in facilitating workshops and brainstorming sessions, promoting diverse thought and creativity.
 
In addition over the last five years, Toke has also been an external lecturer at Nordfyns Efterskole,  a boarding school in Denmark. Here, he collaborates with the Danish teacher to challenge students' status quo by focusing on framing, existentialism, and the perception of reality. His approach, which incorporates philosophy, psychology, and sociology, culminates in a co-created examen essay with the teacher in which the students have 24 hours to ponder and create an argument and their narrative before the oral exam. As a certified Leadership Coach, Toke asks reflective and challenging questions, fostering growth through mutual trust and confidentiality, in line with the International Coaching Federation's (ICF) core ethics and competencies.
